Before You Begin.
Your membership continues month to month. You can pause, change tiers or cancel with 30 days’ notice — no penalty, no exit fee. The minimum exists because a quarter is the shortest window in which bloodwork can honestly show change.
No. Consultations, check-ins and clinical reviews are handled remotely, and lab draws are arranged through a national network near you. Private chef service and mobile IV are currently Orange County only.
Yes — in full, toward any membership activated within 30 days of your consultation. If you decide Livromi isn’t right for you, the consultation stands on its own and you owe nothing further.
Usually. Bring your most recent labs and current protocol to your consultation. Your clinician will review both, and if the protocol is sound we’ll continue it rather than restart you. A video evaluation with a licensed clinician is required before any prescription is issued or continued.
Most panels return within 5–7 business days of your draw. Your results review is scheduled as soon as they land — typically in weeks 3–4 of your first 90 days.
Then we tell you that. We don’t sell supplements or therapies you don’t need — the panel exists to find out what’s true, not to justify a cart. Plenty of members run nutrition and training alone and never touch Step VII.
On Initiate, Ascend and Signature, therapies are billed directly by the pharmacy at transparent pass-through cost — we don’t mark them up. On Black Vault, standard therapies are included in your membership.
Many members do. Eligibility depends on your plan administrator and the specific service. We provide itemized receipts for submission — confirm with your administrator before assuming coverage.
Any time, effective immediately — you’re billed the difference pro-rata. Most members who start on Initiate move to Ascend once their first panel comes back.
Consultation fee is credited in full toward any Performance membership activated within 30 days. Therapies are billed separately by the pharmacy at transparent pass-through cost on Initiate, Ascend and Signature — and included in Black Vault (“standard therapies” = standard-dose hormone optimization, thyroid support and foundational peptides where legally available; high-dose GLP-1s and premium peptides at the same transparent pass-through rate). †Clinician-selected where clinically indicated and legally available, following evaluation with a licensed clinician. Supplements recommended only where lab results indicate deficiency. Pharmaceutical-grade sourcing on every tier. Founding 100 rate lock applies to the tier held at enrollment and remains in effect while membership is continuous.
